Delivery terms

Packaged goods are usually dispatched by regular mail within 2 working days after payment is received. In case the product availability is marked as Pre-order (yellow squares) or Out of stock (red squares) delivery time may be extended. We recommend to request additional information about delivery conditions for such items prior to ordering.

Sending using express services is available upon request.

Packaging is included into postage costs. Postage costs depend on the total weight of the goods and the destination place. We advise you to group different products in one order to avoid excess spendings.

You can refuse the goods within 14 days after the receipt and require returning the money in full or exchanging the product for a similar one.

In this case the following conditions must be observed:

- The purchased goods were not used

- The product retained its marketable look, consumer properties, and factory labels

Fabric stonewash is prodused in Estonia for every oder individually. Refunds are not available when ordering softened, dyed fabric or products made from it.

Returning the money or sending a replacement is done after the returned product is received by Linenworld OU.
